The combined company will be headquartered in Indianapolis, and will operate under the RenPSG name while maintaining the DonorFirst® software brand. E. Edward Thompson will continue in his role as President and Chief Executive Officer. Laura McKnight, Crown’s CEO, will become Executive Market Advisor for RenPSG while Ann-Marie Harrington, will serve as Executive Vice President, Client Advancement.
